Dublin Fringe Festival ‘08 had a very impressive launch last night in the Button Club in Temple Bar. This year promises to be quite the festival with 100+ shows to cater for all tastes. Last year was spectacular, especially La Clique in the Spiegeltent,whom are performing again this year supported by some lovely Miami cocktails, can’t wait to see them again this year......

Wexford Festival Opera is Irelands Blue Ribbon Opera event, it exists to promote and enable national and international accessibility to the lyrical arts, providing a platform for popular opera through a diverse programme of shows and events. 
The DIFF is an annual event that runs for two weeks showcasing the best in international film. Screening over 100 movies across 5 venues to over 30,000 patrons, the festival is the biggest film event in Ireland.

It was a good kick off indeed with angry bastard entertaining us all. A sad occasion as well however as Wolfgang openined his last festival.
