This month

As well as the incremental improvements released every week over the next month we are working on releasing a number of new and exciting features. The two main areas of focus are ‘Client Login / Registration’ and improvements to ‘Adhoc’ reporting.

Client Login

Over the last few weeks we have been working on adding login functionality to Ticketsolve. We hope to go into beta testing this feature with a small number of clients over the next few weeks. This feature should then be generally available to all clients within the next month. On release this feature will allow clients who enable it to:

- offer customers the ability to register with your site.

- login will allow customers to avoid re-entering data each time they use the site. This should also help improve overall data collection.

- registration can be enforced or optional.

- password reminders generated from the website by users or from the backend by boxoffice staff on request.

Adhoc Improvments

We are working on improving adhoc reporting to allow adhoc queries directly against customers as well as sales. This is to better facilitate customer querying and extraction from customer databases which for example do not have any sales history.
