Issue: Platinum One approached Ticketsolve with an opportunity i.e. the ability to sell tickets for the various sporting events they host for their partners, thus becoming a One stop shop for all of their customer base requirements. They required the ability to fully understand their audience so they could market up coming events which ticket agents currently failed to provide.
