Background: Theatr Mwldan is a vibrant presenting and producing arts centre situated in Cardigan, in the heart of the beautiful West Wales countryside.

With a dedication to innovation, vision and excellence, Theatr Mwldan has been described by The Arts Council of Wales as ‘exemplary’ and a ‘model of best practice and excellence’ for its touring and production work. Theatr Mwldan was recently given a Beacon Company Award for 2008 and 2009 from The Arts Council of Wales, one of only 22 arts organisations in Wales to receive this special recognition. They sell tickets for a multitude of events from cinema to theatre shows.

Issue: Theatr Mwldan wanted a solution that offered their customers the best in practice in front end purchasing experience. They also wanted to get closer to their customer and really understand what their needs and wants were so they could be more scientific in their programming and Marketing, and adopt a more CRM based approach. They required an intuitive ticketing solution that would not break the bank

Solution and Results: Ticketsolve allowed Mwldans customers to purchase tickets online for the first time while allowing them to select their own seats. Real time reporting allows Mwldan to be very reactive and achieve each shows potential.
