Background: Wexford Festival Opera is Ireland’s Blue Ribbon Opera event, it exists to promote and enable national and international accessibility to the lyrical arts, providing a platform for popular opera through a diverse programme of shows and events.

Issue: The festival wanted to let its audience select specific seats for performances whilst maintaining a close relationship with both the existing member base and a new audience enabling sales traffic through inbound calls, physical and online sales.

Solution and Results: Ticketsolve was able to develop a seating plan for the first time in the Wexford Opera House through the Ticketsolve platform. We aimed to bring ownership of customer relationship management back to the promoter. Flexibility in tactical marketing contributed to the highest box office revenue to date.
