Data submitted to TicketSolve by any user of this site will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2003.

Personal Data submitted via email links or online enquiry forms will be incorporated into the TicketSolve database in order for us to process and respond to a user’s query. Such data may be used in the future to promote TicketSolve and/or its products and services.

TicketSolve will not pass on or sell users’ personal data to any other organisation or third party. By submitting contact details online, all users agree that TicketSolve can obtain this data and use it as outlined above.

All email correspondence and attached files sent to TicketSolve will be checked for viruses and obscene content. Any infected or inappropriate material will be quarantined and will not reach the intended recipient. Appropriate action will be taken against the sender of any obscene or in any other way illegal correspondence.
