We regularly release updates and new features to Ticketsolve based on your experiences and feedback. To ensure all our customers benefit as the system evolves, we want to update you on these as often as possible.
Reporting – Your Reports
For customer fact view reports, we have introduced a new filter “Customer has benefits”, as shown below. This filter allows you to pull a report together on customers who have purchased more than one benefit / membership product.
We have introduced the option to offer donation products across different subdomains. When setting up your donation product, if you have additional subdomains, you will need to add the correct subdomain tag to the donation product, as shown below.
Update to recommendations
An update was made to these to show the specific url to allow improved tracking through google analytics.
Update to gift vouchers
In some instances vouchers were showing to several decimal places. This has been updated and fixed.
