What is corporate social responsibility?
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy outlines our efforts to give back to the world as it gives to us.
We Must
We want to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Ticketsolve’s social responsibility falls under two categories: ethics and proactiveness. Ethics refers to our commitment to and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is our initiative to help communities and give back.
Business ethics
We’ll always conduct business with integrity and respect to human rights. We will promote:
- Safety and fair dealing.
- Respect internally amongst our staff and our customers.
- Keep every partnership and collaboration open and transparent.
Protecting the environment
We recognise the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when disposing garbage and other daily business activities. Stewardship will also play an important role.
Protecting people
Donations and aid
We may preserve a budget to make monetary donations. These donations will aim to:
- Advance the arts, education and community events.
- Assist and help those in need.
- Support other causes or charities such as RailsGirls (an initiative that gets more girls into programming).
Volunteering
We always encourage our employees to volunteer, and support their efforts when they do. We often sponsor staff who are raising money for charity or other volunteering events. Preserving the environment Apart from legal obligations, our company will proactively protect the environment. Examples of relevant activities include:
- Recycling.
- Conserving energy.
- Using environmentally-friendly technologies.
- Maximising our potential as a paperless office.
Learning
We are always open and willing to listen carefully to suggestions ideas on how we can improve the way we operate to be more responsible and socially aware. Tickesolve is committed to the United Nations Global Compact. We’ll readily act to promote our identity as a socially aware and responsible business.
