Senior Account Manager, Complete Works

George McLean is Senior Account Manager at Complete Works. Founded in 2012 as part of Boo Productions Ltd, their initial work began with the London Olympic Venues. He was a professional Actor for 10 years, performing over 2000 times in 32 countries around the world mostly in Shakespeare. Between acting gigs, George managed large events and VIP events for celebs and even the odd royal.  Exceptional service was standard and more and more “extraordinary experiences” were required.  In 2015. George joined Boo Consultancy a company specialising in Visitor Attractions. In 2020 they rebranded as Complete Works a staffing, training and consultancy company for visitor attractions and visitor experience.

Geroge is the lead on projects such as the National Gallery where pre-pandemic they increased visitor donations by over 300% and improved visitor satisfaction scores, Kew Gardens where they frequently deliver ROI between 400 and 900% and The Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh where his team increased visitor donations by over 10 x with 50% less visitors in July 2021
