Ben talks through all the operational considerations Hertford have implemented to ensure audiences and staff are kept safe as they reopen their cinema programme. He also discusses the implementation of various different socially distanced seating plans to help achieve the maximum capacity. Emma discusses how they had to win the hearts and minds of their audiences with clear pre and post communications while programming a selection of films that appeal to a wide range of their audiences.
