CSR

Believing in doing better

We truly believe that a business has a social responsibility to make a positive impact, to be ethical, to do everything within its power to protect people and the environment.

A belief firmly ingrained in the DNA of the arts and culture organisations that we work with as well. Furthermore, organisations in and around these sectors have an additional responsibility to speak up. In fact, arts and culture possess the undeniable power to shape conversations and transform hearts and minds. Consequently, we never take the value of what our customers do for granted.

Our professional commitments

We commit to:

  • Meeting the highest standards of ethics, social responsibility and professionalism in business
  • Promoting safety and fairness in everything we do
  • Open and transparent partnerships, collaborations and communications
  • The utmost respect and care for our staff and our customers

Sustainability

Undoubtedly, the greatest challenge facing all of us right now is climate change. As a result, businesses have a responsibility to respect and protect the natural environment by reducing their carbon footprint and encouraging sustainable practices. Consequently, it’s important that we promote ways of working that ensure this, and to collaborate with other organizations that share the same values.

In light of this, we always follow best practices for our business waste and carbon footprint, and commit to going above and beyond wherever we can in order to make a positive impact on the environment.

People

  • We are committed to doing our part for charity. To begin with, we focus on supporting groups that are underrepresented in our sectors of arts, culture, and tech. Furthermore, we are dedicated to helping those in need around the world. Our commitment extends beyond advancing the arts, education, and community events, as we also support other causes or charities, such as RailsGirls – an initiative that gets more young women and girls into programming, local GAA clubs, Metunbu Orphanage and School in Uganda, Focus Ireland, Shelter Cymru, Shelter UK, and Shelter NI. In addition to this, we are unwavering in our commitment to the arts sector and actively contribute to supporting organisations throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales, such as The Welsh Small Scale Development Programme, amongst others.

  • We always encourage our employees to volunteer, and furthermore, support their efforts when they do. We often sponsor staff who are raising money for charity or other volunteering events. Additionally, our team members are frequently spotted offering their time at local animal shelters, community centres, and charity events.

We strive to foster belonging and empowerment at work. We not only celebrate our diversity within our workplace but also amongst our customers, and we continuously work to foster equity and inclusion within the arts, culture, and heritage industries.

Our teams approach their work fearlessly, learn quickly, improve constantly, and celebrate our wins at every turn. Inclusivity is a priority, and as such, our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic whole selves to work. Simply put, be you.
