Our customer support team is led by David Dunstan. Coming from a background in the arts himself, he knows the challenges that organisations like yours face, and he knows what you want out of the people on the other end of the phone. A friendly face, a cool head, and a helping hand are what you get when you reach out to his team.

MoLI was founded in 2019 and very quickly, we identified our requirement for a ticketing, fundraising and CRM system which would address our needs as a new contemporary museum. Ticketsolve offered their guidance and expertise on pricing modules, timed-entry, access control and how our campaigns could be filtered through one source of truth. It’s been an exciting time opening the museum and Ticketsolve have helped us to make it an experience to remember!
